Lenny specializes in a Sports Specific Training for elite amateurs and professional athletes. Strength, Speed, Agility, Power, Flexibility are components that focus on improving sports specific training and performance. His proven training protocols and training techniques elevate athletic performance.
We combine world class training methods, state of the art equipment with the knowledge and expertise of world class strength and conditioning coach who brings a wealth of theoretical and practical knowledge in the sports performance conditioning arena.

Protocol Design and Proper Nutrition Programs
Lenny received a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification which is the highest level of certification a trainer can hold. He is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute (the most comprehensive personal training program in the U.S.), and a former nationally-ranked power lifting champion. In addition to training clients, Lenny is also an Instructor at the Nation al Personal Training Institute in Philadelphia where he “trains the trainers.”
